We worked hard farming, raised cattle, hunted, fished, and ate (according to all nutritional accounts) a very healthy diet. Both my parents are healthy, in their mid 80's, all 6 of us kids (50's/ 60's) in good health. If our diet was wrong, why has God blessed our family so graciously? I favour HIS diet over your's!!

We worked hard farming, raised cattle, hunted, fished, and ate (according to all nutritional accounts) a very healthy diet. The American natives, Seminole, Apache, Sioux, Cherokee, Choctaw, Ojibwa (just to name a few) ate rabbit, deer, groundhog, prairedog, grouse, turkey, pheasant.. they lived off the land and respected animals.And they were much closer to nature than you will ever be. Smack a dog on it's rear and watch it's face. Smack a pig on it's rear and it keeps moving around.
