How is this show fake? The disclaimer at the beginning of the show which says: "The stories that are portrayed in this program are based on real events..." So it tells you that the show is re-enactments based on real events but doesn't say how loosely the re-enactments are based on the real events. So yeah, it is fake.

Used to like this show until i saw this fake garbage. There is a camera man perfectly positioned behind matt as he asks the guy in the car if he is OK. There is not enough time for anyone to get out of the chase car to be at that spot at that time.

The director of this show is Lou. He is owner of the repo company....he has said himself that the show is a hoax, just reenactments of past repo experiences. Although some of these reenactments looks very realistic, it is apparent when you can detect bad acting in certain parts.

Some of the actions shown clearly violate the Collateral Recovery Act of the State of California and are only meant for dramatic purposes. Recovery agents are prohibited from breaching the peace (ie: fighting and wrestling with debtors) and if the actions shown were true to life they would most likely result in many law suits against the company. The stories shown do not accurately represent who real recovery agents are, and should be watched for entertainment purposes only.

This video shows real recovery agents at work, regardless of what laws they may or may not be violating. You might have meant to say that these guys don't represent all recovery agents. Further, it takes a lot of money to hire an attorney to write a letter, let alone litigate a case. If you've had your car repoed, chances are you can't afford to hire an attorney and file a lawsuit.
