idk if you get the warranty but dont buy off the cs website or any brand name knife off their website because the knife is usually alot more expensive plus cold steel knifes dont usually break or get really damaged

I have one and I can tell you that due to it's size it isn't a very comfortable pocket carry knife. Also carrying this knife can land you in jail. In most states anything over a 4" blade is considered a concealed weapon.
