the churches just don't sing songs like this what happened. We have lost our way. the song are not always meant to have sad memory, but just letting is know that God is there and is keeping his promise. if we would just listen. Oh I miss the old church services we use to have.
I sang this song at my Mamas funeral, I almost made it through, but when I got to the verse "When we see Jesus coming from Glory" I could not sing anymore, This song means something, just listen to it. We shouted Mama on in Glory. Look it up in the hymn book and just read the words. I love this song.
