i would misspell "your" when saying that....

  • looks like a predator

  • amazing man!

  • Their secretly Terminators.... Thats freaking impressive! Great work and video guys!

  • Hi guys, my aim is to be able to do some of these exercises, I know I'm no way near close but could you help? I'm attempting to build more strength by doing many different kind of pressups before I try the pullup bar. Thing is they become easier and I have added resistance, its making it much harder, but is it good/beneficial. I have no idea since I've not seen videos of people adding resistance. Please help! btw Jude you are real inspiration thanks for this video

  • @qIneTiCz thanx. glad to hear. check out the forum for training info, advise and challenges

  • @qIneTiCz hey bro the added resistance definitely helps gain that explosion on the bush ups, bars what ever you do. Do run for long periods of time with ankle waits though. Bad for knees. Look up Beast from Beast Mode!! He sometimes practices pull ups with 3 100lb vests on. Then with no wait he can do pull ups with full grown men on his back. Don't add too much too fast.

  • @prophit06 thanks for the help mate :)

  • @qIneTiCz Cool I'll slow down next time to avoid all the grammar and spelling errors! lol

  • Brilliant routine. Well rounded to maintain plus increase agility while toning/building back, chest, and neck. Sharp wit to have interest in the tunes.Nothing but Props keep up the good work. Teaching life without words while living it and keeping an an open mind while you help yourself and others work at it. I am a huge fan of resistance training. Cheap natural movements and self disciplined training. I also like the mental discipline alot of true respect to and from bar-barians.

  • great music, amazing strength

  • that s some pure strenght outhere..

  • What inspired me into this sport ....Much respect jude nuttin but love homie..B-Xtreme - Powerhouse

  • what park is that at 0:14 ?

  • jedi mind tricks

  • @007Ruben700 It doesnt matter who is better. Respect his performance or stfu!

  • Goddamn Jedi Mind Tricks is so fucking good.

  • that guy's dreads double as a weighted vest.

  • I could give a lot just for being black!

  • My sincere thanks to everyone for all your comments..

  • @Jayplanche 2:07 prolly the best routine I've eva seen on the dip bars

  • A stiff jab to the chest from these dudes= a cold body in the morgue. I'm telling you...SUPERMAN LIVES!!!! Just watch any of these cats. Savages!

Are you guys in any way connected to the Ruff Ryders? I peeped a handful of their vids earlier. One thing I need to get up on is working out my legs. I hate it. The burn in unbearable, almost. You guys inspire me to push my ENTIRE body to the limit. I appreciate that. My upper body is good money. I just need to capitalize on my overall strength!

    5*

  • U the man jude...

  • whats the song?

  • @VEEville

    read the description

  • very stong i would be like him one day

  • I don't understand what those bars are used for if not for working out... it doesn't even look like a playground. looks tailored for bodyweight training... lol

  • God forbid they put music like this In the mainstream and people actually broaden their vocabulary.

  • Does he have any recent videos; I haven't seen anything with him in in a while. Tremendous strength.

  • This is exactly how you should train; using your body weight. It helps you understand your body and makes you more aware of what you can do and not do, reducing the risk of injury.

  • @ieabunane Amen, enhancing bodily self-awareness, too.

  • Song name?

  • @vaidotasl76

    Music by Jedi Mind Tricks

    Song: I against I

  • another nice video from the barbarians

  • @matiseq Its either that or soulfood hahaha.

  • @matiseq Senzu beans.

  • i against i good shit

  • cool :)

  • An amazing display of strength and balance. It is absolutely beautiful.

  • Amazing display of balance and power.

  • what is the best way to work on that plank or planche position that you hold whilst doing most of these moves??? what progression did you take to learn that???

  • @paddypatch Start with "frog stance". Place your hands on the ground and keep leaning forward until you can support and balance your entire body weight on your elbows. After a while, start lifting one leg at a time until you can lift both legs still bent, off your knees. Then try extending one leg at a time. I'm practicing it myself right now and I've heard that it takes anywhere from 6 months to a year for the average person to reach a full planche.

  • @KeroroGunsouTX cool man thanks i'll give it a try. i had been trying to put my feet against a wall and do push ups with my hand position close to my hips. the tendancy seems to be to bend my back when i do that tho.

  • Comment removed

  • respect

  • shit i wont be stronger if i watching theese vids all day, im out to the nearest playground right now :)

  • how about beginners?what exercises 4 them?

  • how to train to be like him for dips

  • this is my goal this is crazy strong

  • thats sick dude! one day i will be as atrong as you!

  • This guy is sick, no doubt. But why does he make dips and handstand press-ups look so hard?

  • @caruKeJiTijoK we practise everything on our own

  • Jude gets me threw the pain!

  • Brilliant muscles. Great look ;-)

  • Look. At. The.Muscularity. Did he get it strictly from working the bar, or does he hit the weights, too? Superb.

  • jude's shoulders are so strong!! props for this man's strength

  • Name of song is I Against I by Jedi Mind Tricks!

  • Main point: to grow constantly - workout everyday, to keep the body in shape/slowly grow - every other day, if you want just to keep it in shape cuz you don't want to get weaker, 2 times a week workout should be fine.

  • If you want your body to grow and grow, you should do it everyday. A regular workout lasts about an hour, not less. I workout every other day for an hour doing push ups and pull ups, my body grows very slowly. If you have the will to push yourself and workout every single day and grow your body, do so.

  • So.....Do I do this sh*t everyday or not????? I hear so many different opinions on this topic. I do pull ups and push ups everyday. Some days I go hard some days I don't. A male gymnast will practice rings everyday. Those dudes are huge! Can't figure this one out!

  • Listen to your body.

  • Well your muscles have to rest in order to grow and get bigger..so I would recommend you do this 4 to 5 times a week having a healthy and high protein diet..Now if you dont care about gettin bigger but gettin stronger doing this almost everyday its not a bad idea.. thats my opinion

  • @jwhitner

read Power to the People by Pavel Tsatsouline

this will help answer your question

its not a matter of do you train everyday its how you train. for example u would not work heavily everyday as u would over train ur body and in time weaken. There is no reason why u cant train every day and improve its just about the volume and intensity you put in that determines the outcome. hope this helps
