The high tide was actually after 11:00. The worst of the storm was between 11-12.

Your video is amazing but believe it or not it got worse. The seawall broke in two places and demolished everything!

I went out to film at 9:00am knowing the high tide was expected around 10:00 if my memory serves me right and the storm was to peak around that same time.

My apologies for the shaking of the camera...it wasnt easy trying to hold steady when zooming out to get a closer view with the wind like it was.
