Okay - I coached kids fore years. Lots of kids try and run over opposing coaches - Every coach I know has had it tried on him - It's obviously a punk think to do when you have pads on, and if you watch you will see lots of opportunity to miss the coach. The coach is like "well dumb ass if you want to try, feel free."

When I coached - I had a rule - hit anyone on the field that does not have pads on, and you will be benched - one of my kids hit a cheerleader and came up with a smile - I cut him.

coach lowered his shoulder and was definitely trying to hit the ball carrier. #80 does what we officals call a "cherry pick", he hits an unsuspecting defenseless player. This should have been a 15 yard unecessary roughness call against #80 and an uns (unsporstsmanlike) call against the coach. The penalties are adminsitered in the order in which occur.
