  • But triangulating is very usable. If you don't triangulate, the stage will be invisible, with some gray triangles.

  • @sskorpiana i've got my levels to work correctly without triangulating.

  • @Tomatobird8 I have a idea: If you make a large stage, you can make lines in the stage to make the textures not strech. You can see it on frauber(A.K.A. messiaen)'s OBJ importer download page.

  • @sskorpiana i know right.

  • @Tomatobird8 how to download fraubers level importer

  • @ElPatron036 search Frauber SM64 using Google, and select his website. There's the download.

  • maybe it has to do with the triangulating. If you don't triangulate, then the textures will be right and the lines will be gone.

  • nice, I have absolutely no idea, how this is all about.

  • what was that program in the beginning?

  • @1Bowser64 Google Sketchup 7

  • Everytime I put the level into the game, it freezes. HELP!!

  • @BeanManIncorporated what kind of level do you have?

  • @Tomatobird8 Uh, I think I figured it out, it doesn't freeze anymore. Anyway, I would make a level in Google Sketchup and in the Obj. Importer by Frauber, I would put the level Bob-omb Battlefield and the enimies from like... Bowser or something. I can't explain, but I figured it out.

  • @Tomatobird8 I do have a question, though. You know how you can put Mario 64 textures in Google Sketchup?

How DO you do that, I'm making Farmer Brown 64, and I need to know how, It's supposed to be coming out in December.

  • @BeanManIncorporated I downloaded the frauber's texture pack.

Then i choose the paint bucket and choose a texture file. Then i add it.

  • @Tomatobird8 Okay, texture pack, I got it. I think I get the rest. If I have anymore questions, I'll come to you.

    Thanks, man!

  • @Tomatobird8 How DO you choose a texture file, though?

  • @BeanManIncorporated I have a "Materials" window there, dunno how did i get it....

  • @Tomatobird8 I put the Mario textures IN the "material" window, but when I use the Mario textures, it does a bunch of random Mario textures.

  • @BeanManIncorporated u have the v12 or newer?

  • @Tomatobird8 Of the object importer? Yeah.

  • @BeanManIncorporated Then i just do this:

    O_o

  • @Tomatobird8 Already done it...

  • Google's Ketchup

  • @hsmboy2 google has ketchup?

  • Well you have 2 problems with what you are suppose to do.

    1. You have to download C+++ Restridutable Libraries

    2. You are supposed to Flip Super Mario 64 and then when you import Super Mario 64 will be facing correctly

  • how you tiangulate?

  • @alainbeXD

It depends on your program. For example, if you use Blender, you'll be able to choose it when you export the .obj file.

  • and Google Scketchup?

  • and ¿how can open the level in tt64 without the texture error? i don't understand the frauber instruction, so please upload a tutorials.

  • can't do that, too.

  • Hmm, nice levels, but i dunno how to help you with the textures.

  • moro kertoisikkos mist ton object importterin sais?

  • Very Nice!!!

  • wow nice.
