Pools do run out of gas, looking to tear out a pool and it appeared to be quite a labor intensive project. Nice to have the brick patio and grass at the end.

If you saw it close up, it wasn't in that good of condition. The pool was almost 40 years old, and needed thousands of dollars of repairs. We plan to move in a couple of years, and it should be much easier to sell the house without the pool.
