@jewboy11505 There is only this one version, the firing pin rotated to fire each chamber in turn. It has no hammer, the sliding trigger pulled the firing assembly back until released to discharge the round. The design was not strong enough to withstand the firing of all barrels at once, there was some debate as to it's locking mechanism holding out firing only one at a time. A very interesting pistol, it can be seen in tv series, and some movies. Wholesale was about $100.

I used to own one of these and there's no safety, the trigger pull is excruciatingly heavy so it's not needed. I sold it to a guy that described it perfectly; "Its a gut bomb." It looks cool but the trigger is so heavy and the distance it has to be pulled makes it close to useless; unless you've got it 10' or less from what you're trying to hit and it's not moving. The two finger grip is more like 1 and 1/2. Post a vid with 4 rapid shots and a grouping at 10 yrds. Cool conversation piece though.

I like the look of this gun, but it also looks thick and heavy. It's a very interesting collection piece though. For personal carry there's better out there,an airweight 5-shot .357 revolver is likely lighter and more than likely better reliability wise than this pistol. Besides, if these are somewhat rare, it'd be better to keep it in good shape, no sense in possibly losing or damaging such an interesting piece.

It only cost about $250.00 when it was being made, and had the power of .357 magnum. Umm, other then that it was just to look cool off duty, lol. To bad the qualty control was not good. Some turned out great, and others, not so great. Heavy too, at over a pound unloaded.

the desert eagle doesnt have much recoil since its a auto pistol the spring takes alot of the recoil out. and if im not mistaken the s&w 500 mag is more powerful and has more recoil
