i just finished reading yusuf ali's translation...the quran is annoyingly redundant. it repeats many sentences, phrases and even entire stories again and again.

Most of the quran simply focuses on saying, "fear god" "god will torture you in hell" "praise god" "god will give you heaven"....and thats pretty much boringly repeated throughout

another part is simply spent quoting all the accusations made by the meccans against muhammad, concluded by a lazy remark such as "they will burn in hell"

@peacockking1983 OK, Psalm 104:5 says the earth can never be moved and is fixed in its position. This is obviously scientifically wrong because eearth does move, not only does it move but it also rotates around itself. Quran says in 27:88 that the earth moves although we are not conscious of it.
