I like to imagine the Rock creature(s) rising from the ground ala JASON AND THE ARGONAUTS, but with Go-Motion/CGI if they had the Budget. Nilo Rodis-Jamero designed some excellent sketches and one could only imagine these horde of monsters chasing after Kirk. Somebody should remake TFF and do it RIGHT.
If they had the time and money to make these things and do a big proper climatic battle, maybe this movie would be better regarded by fans- ( I stil like it)

Man, I really do wish this had been in the movie. Admittedly, it'd be hard to mane an army out of one suit, but it looks kinda badass.
