On my Windows desktop I use Opera, Opera-next, and Aurora (FireFox's 'alpha' build), and on my Linux laptop I use Nightly (FireFox's testing build. It usually is updated, you guessed it, nightly) and Chrome Dev version.

Chrome, cos it's fast. Safari for the Fullscreenmode, I've got OS X Lion. I hope that the Fullscreenmode will be able for Chrome someday.

Chrome is my primary browser, I have Firefox installed as a backup browser just in case something goes wrong or a website is not working in Chrome for some reason

BTW you don't need IE for installing a new browser, I have a folder with all the setup files that I need (browsers, Steam, winrar, etc.) which I keep when I reinstall my computer I just start all setups and they will update when they're done (also, sometimes I put the new setups in there)

Opera is a pretty great, fast browser. It doesn't have the developer community you'll find with Chrome or Firefox, but it does offer some neat features. For example, you can protect tabs from closing, get built-in BitTorrent support, peek at the contents of tabs without clicking them, and more. Opera never caught on with a lot of people, but it's still been greatly improving over the years. If you're looking for an alternative, it's something you should try.

@Garaventa17 Well, opera is more of the off-side browser. Meaning it really isn't THAT reputable like Firefox. Chrome and Safari(Mac Browser) but you CAN use opera, I personally don't recommend it.
