  • Why do people that leave comments like "I'm white and I LOVE AFRICAN CULTURE AND WOMEN" get the most rated comments on african videos?

  • @wiibot15 - Because it represents 'acceptance' for some. I'm an AfRakan female and I wasn't impressed nor moved by the statement.

  • Although Saida comes from the NW of Tanzania she sings in teh Congolese Ndombolo style which is popular all over central/east Africa. Music is universal whatever language is used

  • facinante

  • good music am from nigeria and feeling this tude

  • As for the video, it's interesting how these more traditional tribal dances have affected and influenced the dances of today. Watching both you can make a clear connection.

  • If you hate the entire race of someone who is racist against you, then how are you better than them? Hate the ignorance and upraising of the person or even the individual themselves, not their race. Racism has never come to any good, and mostly hurts the person being racist. If you want to change things for the better, study social psychology and find a solution instead of spewing more hate. That's the last thing this world needs.

  • I like saida karoli music with the dancers wearing trditional clothes very fantastic, this language is mixed between Luganda,Lunyankole, i can understand some parts of Luganda and Lunyankole in this music.Keep up Saida i love u.

  • Some body tell me what language it is please. I can understand a few words. It sounds like a mix of Luganda and Lunyankole. I speak Kinyarwanda. But all these languages are in Uganda, so how come it says Tanzania? I like the music though

  • @mauricemrz I knoooow!!!! I speak runyankole too and this sounds soooooo much like runyankole some words i think its a language called kihaya in a tanzanian village. very interesting!!!

  • @DirtyIGBO we (afro-caribbeans, black americans, africans, etc) all hail from the motherland so yes, in a sense you're right...we're one people and are damn proud of it. the beauty of our land and people is mind-blowing, our cultures and traditions..including our music, are amazing..that's why even pathetic racists such as yourself can't fight the urge to look up our songs and jam to them

  • adoro musica africana e sua dança tipica

  • yingany is not african hes faker hes in the united kingdom one of those "dutch" who tried to kill the south africans :(

  • I love the song best at 0:42 . God bless that woman..... True African melodic voice. I wish i could get to marry a woman with such a vibrant voice. God bless the beautiful woman in the video there.... the lead singer.... She is angelic with beauty!!! I love her, i think.

  • thank you for sharing that with me. she's got a marvellous voice.

  • wii i luv it

  • fantastic song...I love it!!!

  • what i also wanted to say is also we are now living in very multi cultural societies these days and we all have something to give and learn off each other, this is the way forward, :)

  • interesting that cariko finds african "thrusting" vulgar. cos like all other cultures other than white culture, we africans own our whole bodies and enjoy and utilise what each part can do including our pelvises...it's all good. white people are sadly ashamed of themselves and your dances reflect that...you dance like you've got no middle....Africa...we are not ashamed...learn to love yourself...

  • hey, i dont know what cariko said, but just to point out, being white myself that not ALL white people are ashamed and, hey and SOME can utilise their middles and everyother parts also lol..so please dont generalize, peace x

  • indeed saritace, point taken. I guess as an african running into our music or dance styles being labelled negatively still rubs me the wrong way. Now... as far as shifting that "middle", check out the white guy in Awilo longomba's video Karolina-african or not, I couldn't keep up with that guy!

  • thanks for a positive response :)

  • @yingany one girl commented that our music is full of sex!!

You are right. some people think that thrusting and gyrating should be reserved for SEX only.
