How is this racist? I'm a latina and I don't find this racist! It's just a cartoon, and you know what people things are what you set them out to be, two people can be looking at the same thing but they're seeing two completely different things! You know what you should be making a big deal about...kids watching those MTV shows, yeah I watch some of them myself, but no seven year old should know who "Snooki" or "the situation" is...so if you wanna fix something, start with yourself!

I hate when people say this is racist, so is Daffy Ducks speech impedement more offensive or less ? How is Speedy Gomzales racists, he's a mouse and he's fast, he would have been funny no matter what accent he had. And you must not have heard very many racist jokes in your time. Speedy isn't overtly racist, but he perpetuates quite a few stereotypes. It has NOTHING to do wit his accent. His accent is just there to let you know what stereotype it pertains to. i.e. Mexicans

Anyways, the show rarely airs anymore anyway, so it's a non-issue now.

I really....really hated this version of Daffy. He was mean and malicious for no particular reason at all. At least he had some sympathetic qualities in the 50's Chuck Jones shorts. I miss the zany wacky crazy 40's Daffy.

@Krillious When I was a kid, I never once thought a looney tunes cartoon was racist. It was on ALL the time in the 80s too. I had many spanish friends and they never brought the topic up. They used to even air the ones with supposed racism against blacks and again I nor any of my friends of color thought it was racist. I dont know why everyone now thinks this but back then we sure didnt worry about it. Kids (target demographic for this content) do not think that deeply anyways.
