Actually he's not. If you knew anything about music and vocal technique you'd be able to hear the points at which he goes into his falsetto (he does at the end of every chorus and a few other times) because it's distinctly different sounding from the rest of the song, which happens to be in his chest voice, as he has a naturally high voice.
