The reason why they didn't put this on DVD because it's an all-black version of a white classic, Pollyana. White people ain't ready for that. And plus, they want to put a movie on DVD that all races enjoy and not just appeal to one race. That's why they didn't want to put it on DVD, and that's real talk.
