This was very helpful for me. Last nite was my first nite with a CPAP and my experiences were very much the same as yours. I got up and looked on U-Tube for some advice and came upon your video. I'm about to watch part 3 this a.m. I'd be interested to find out how you are now and how long it took you to just put on the mask and get to sleep. Thanks for posting this!!
