  • i'm an MMA practitioner and in my country we train exactly the same .... but this dudes in the video train with laziness i mean the treat the heavy bag slam as if were their girlfriend and the ground and pound the punch like they don't want to do any harm , anyway nice video

  • Atleast act like you want to hurt the gnp dummy

  • Bosu woodchops look quite hard and why are they doing gnp without gloves? Surely they would use gloves so they can hit the bags harder?!

  • Me gusta este gimnasio, estoy decidido a entrenar alli en mi visita a montreal, Nice gym! good work!

  • This guy is legit, I have grappled with him and he is brutal.

  • Those guys look serious

  • pussy ass gnp even for a drill

  • youtube(dot)com/watch?v=vd8hsAfQIKQ - download the bas rutten (former UFC HEAVEY WEIGHT CHAMP) mma workout 4 free y'all

  • Love these excercises

  • 1:02 you gonna poke an eye out with those thumbs! :P.

  • Haha the guy doing the ground and pound was barley hitting it :L

  • que putos no mames

  • Looked like a real solid training workout.

  • why are those kids tapping the bag lol

  • I dont know why people are bashin ya'll I thought it was pretty impressive very cool man very cool

  • you should put another video up for the ground and pound.........their hits arent hard at all

  • Hey ive never done martial arts before in my life but i got a good build and am quite strong would it be wise though to start mma with no pria traning

  • @monkeymandem haha to fight professionally not at all. U would get slaughtered if u dont know what ur doing.

  • thats some good stuff :D

  • 2X UGC Champ?

  • This is a great training video for stamina! I see nothing but good stuff here.

  • watch you replays free ufcliveppv com

  • 210BR Yes i was and so were a lot of the guys in the ufc... your point? oh i guess its that your old

  • funny how every one wants to be UFC fighter..where were they in the early 90's when it started. oh i guess they were still in pampers.

  • @210BR it appeals to the young, and those who know it now? they didnt have gyms like they do now, i'm 35 and wish i could have done it. All we had in our town were karate places, thats stupid!

  • only the fat people said they dont like this vid.

  • @blazinfarmer lol thats true only a fat ass or arm-chair MMA fighter would say something negative

  • dam!

wish brighton had a training place like that

  • i wish sweden had those kinds of training.

  • nice facility.

  • what is the song that is playing in the background?

  • nice, i want to get into mma but my parents wont let me i so wish i could

  • @TheSeanstamonsta then just train, you don't have to compete.

  • Get a job if you don't have one and do it on your own. Never wait for anyone to give you permission to do something so long its not hurting anyone or yourself. (Well beside the punches and kicks you're going to receive in class) hahaha.

There is nothing like getting beatup in class. Its extremely humbling. It feels even better when you train hard to beat the guy who always wins. 8)

  • Yeah its humbling getting beat alright especially when that weedy looking guy in training you thought you could take owns you in a 1 v 1 lol happened to me a few days ago - skill + technique chews up inexperience regardless of power.

  • LOL - Yes my first ever sparring match years ago was against some guy that was 40 pounds less. I am quite lean at 195-200 and thought I was tough shit, until he dropped me in 10 seconds flat.

He faked a body hook and went upstairs and hooked my head then kicked me over. I couldn't see the kick coming because I was blinded by the sudden flash of white. My equilibrium was all messed up as well.

Mike Tyson - Everyone has a plan 'till they get punched in the mouth

    My plan didn't work!! haha

  • So true. Can be powerful as heck and it means diddly.

  • train some other more traditional martial art like wrestling, boxing, or jiu jitsu. that would help you out when you do start training

  • keep it up

  • that guy at 1 02 does not know how to form a fist. His is going to dislocate a thumb.

  • or maybe like most people training, he is lack luster in form because of fatigue, which is why he is training....

  • @krunked666 It doesn't take strength to hold a fist correctly. Maybe to hold a fist tightly but to correctly.

  • hay can someone reckamend a school like this around boston, plz,i wanto learn mma but i hate when u have to were kArate uniforms and gee tops, please RECOMEND ONE TO ME!like a gym

  • no learn to spell

  • It's a good school, with some rough customers at H20. I'm not sure if this is the best video representing it, but it's good training. At that school you get the opportunity to roll with guys of all different skill and strength levels so you can get ready for anything.

  • @tiuric77 dont be ridiculous

  • h2o...Water?

  • @kidriot H2SO4??

  • @kidriot yes, they teach water bending over there.

  • Wow soo many experts on heer.. If so good then why reveiwing training tapes.. Maybe start doing some and spend less time critizing people... Bunch of nob goobler punks

  • lol yea i hate people like that i watch tv so i know what im talking about, um i train in mma so i know what im talking about lol

  • watching training vids to see if we can improve in places and also because we are dedicated to this sport so much that we watch it on our off time to?....

  • @rocksolid90210 lol yeah dude, its like watching a main event down the pub.. so many gurus popping out of the wood works...

  • if they wanted to incorporate power into the gnp drill they would wore wraps etc...it was for movement and posture...but the kid shoulda tucked his thumb, no doubt

  • ha ya his thumbs could break so easily

  • so funny :D

  • just what i was thinking.

  • im pretty sure the gnp drill is to ensure they have proper posture, not power.

  • I'm not seeing enough effort put into the gnp- put more power in the strikes.

  • I Love This I Do This ...
