It's not trying to be anything like Lavender Town, it's just trying to be unsettling and unwelcoming. The moment you step inside the town, you know something's up with it. Sure enough, when you talk to everybody you learn they're all money and battle-addicted pricks! The song, characters, and town itself make it seem like a horrible place to be in. And it is.

What made it worse is that I got White for Zekrom. But I later decided to trade him.

If you want a special attacker, go for Reshiram, but they both counter one another. Reshiram is a Special Wall and Special Attacker, while Zekrom is a Physical Wall and Physical Attacker. Now I don't want to write a book while I type this.

The size of black city all depends how fast you get there. If you defeat the game once in 3 days, then it will be bigger with taller buildings and more people. If you Finish in a week then you"ll have some tall buildings with maybe 3 people. And if you finish in a month, then there will be nothing but small buildings and the the pokecenter.Same for you guys who have White forest in pokemon white.

Actually, if you go to Black City for the very first time, it'll be empty or have a few people depending on how long it took you to get to Black City. If you dont battle NPCs or such, then they'll leave the city. I know that you can bring more to the city, and you can connect with others to bring more, but I dont know how. I just got this info from Bulbapedia.

Visit someone else' White with the Entralink and recruit some of the NPCs there. Vice-versa if you want to populate White Forest. I wasn't sure how and when I did it today, it did a whole 180. I don't have all the NPCs for both areas but it's more than what I had at first.

They probably want to wait a year or 2 so that when they think it's time, they might begin. This is kinda what they said about Platinum & Emerald & Yellow, right? And besides, if they announce it now, people will stop buying Black & White and they will just wait for Gray, and Game Freak doesn't want that.
