i got a good not used sidkick slide for $150 thats good cause i found out that they are no longer making this phone its discontinued thats why i had to buy a cover for it on ebay

Maybe I have an odd question...is it possible to..I don't know how to translate that properly...to switch the phone to silent? I mean that there is no sound when you receive an SMS etc. I'm just wondering because in nearly every sidekick slide review is a very annoying sound when the screen slides up.

you'll have to get it unlocked... look online, youll find out how to do it, or if any places do it .. usually thoughs kiosks in the mall that cell cellphone covers know how to unlock it, and will do it for about 20 or 30 bucks ..

I'm not familiar with T-mobiles policies. Digital Trends is a web based company focused on electronics news and reviews.

I would recommend checking in with the T-mobile support staff. It looks like it is an additional $20 a month for unlimited data services. But again, the staff at T-mobile will know better than me.

The slide is a bit of an old model. The LX or the 2008 would have been a better one to review, though the LX has just recently been replaced.

why compare an OLD sidekick to the NEW iphone? it would be better to compare the new sidekick 2008, or even the older LX to the new iPhone.
