Great Videos, love them all so far, I just had one question... when working on your first step quickness, does it matter the distance or time you sprint after you initially explode from the static/ stand still position? Doesn't seem like the focus is on conditioning, seems to be more on exploding and training your fast twitch muscles with a variety of different moves, but I could be wrong. Can you please shine light?

Hey Jack, could you tell me the best number of reps/sets for deadlifts/squats/lunges etc in the gym to achieve maximum results for sprinting/jumping? I am currently doing 3 sets with about 8 reps for each but i would love to know what would be the best. thanks!!!
