I've seen people doing the same procedure with a much better result in third world countries under a thousand $. he did not do a good job at all, she spent all that money and it doesn't even look all of that. the only problem she had was a hump really and a nose right could have fixed it in no time. some people just have money to waste I guess..........she needs to cut an inch off her nose, its still big.

As the surgeon said, this is only about 5 weeks post-op. After about 8 weeks, she should begin to see significant fluid recession and decompression of the swelling in her septum, reducing the overall "bulk" of her nose.

Unfortunately her nose looks much worse than before...Especially from the front...Before it was totally straight and thin, it looked so elegant...truly amazing and naturally perfect. Now it's fat and bulky and it doesn't flatter her face at all. Let's hope that when all the swelling goes down it will improve. But even from the profile, you can see that still after the surgery there's a bump...why on earth would the doctor leave it like this? I can't understand...

@73AAZ Her nose is still swollen. The swelling takes six months to go down and your nose is only 90% healed after one year. It takes more then twelve months to see the final result.

@LUCKY19891 Judging from the condition of her nose,i am absolutely certain(judging from a personal experience with rhinoplasty)that even when the swelling disappears,her nose will still be very wide and bulky,because when the cast goes off you have a very good idea of what the final result will be like and there's no way that a miracle will happen in time,so that the nose will transform completely from its current condition.And what about the remaining bump on the profile?Very disappointing...
