  • Nice vid, my dad got me training with the trx and it's awesome.

    May I suggest that you really brace your core to the max for the push ups, there's a lot of movement and at that angle you should be pretty comfortable (not shaking), also to make them harder, take a swissball and hold it in place in a corner with a sandbag, put your feet on top of it and do your push ups as usual. But yeah, great video, keep them coming
