I created the videos to advertise my cookbooks and to show people how to make mostly Guam food; there are many recipes on-line already, but mine are "tested, tried and true." A few videos like "red rice" and "homemade almond roca" include recipes...on the video or under comments. I do have more recipes listed on my site, paulaq.com, including apigigi, Chamorro sweet bread, coconut cream pie, manha pie and bonelos aga. Thanks for commenting! :-)
