I have a question, when taking Food Grade Hydrogen Peroxide orally you have to have the "3 hr window" so you wont have a reaction with food you eat and the Hydrogen Peroxide? I eat little portions throughout the day and so I feel like I can't take it orally unless I drink it in the morning than wait an hr. Does anybody know if I could just take it whenever? 3 hrs is a long time for me lol

Yes, you can take orally, but make take a long time to work to completely healing the body. If you also eat raw foods, juice and make blended drinks daily and stop eating foods that feed infection like starches, grains, sugar, dairy, etc. than you have a better chance!

Hi there, I have been using about 30 - 40 drops of food grade H2O2 every day for the last 6 years actually double to start for 3 months and then 30 - 40 drops per day for the last 6 years. It got rid of the plaque in my veins and arteries and I have virtually had no colds or flues either. I don't see any side effects and my blood tests are very good. I also have lots of energy. I haven't experienced any side effects from the increased free radicals either as far as I know. Thanks for posting.
