  • I once owned a tiger salamander. Bought it in Canada too. Beautiful animal!!!!!

  • So I heard you like salamanders.

  • at 10:02 it looks retarded, but RLY CUTE!!!! lol

  • exactly!LOL

  • its so cute

  • those look like axolotls, the ones in the water. They have the gills and everything

  • thats because the axolotl is an unevolved salamander

  • I once caught one! no, no I didn't.

  • You guys who do this is lucky.

  • POKEMON!!!!!!!

    its cute hehe

  • Sweet Salamander! I'll help to the conservation and protection of these!

  • found one underground before with beady little eyes and barely had and color at all.

  • In the background net..what's that jumping around?? fishes?

  • bugs :D

  • I hope the Ambystoma tigrinum stebbinsi will be cultivated in zoological institutions for the chances to prevent their extinction in natural habitats.

Cultivation could save this species, just as they do with the mexican Axolotl since a long time.

    Long live the Amphibians !!!

  • y do they do that ?

  • i like americans. All of them do their jobs :)

  • Its Cute

    =)

  • Do they saty in their Aquatic for their entire life (like an Axolotl)? I know they metaphormasize when the ponds drie out, but if they never do, will they stay aquatic or terrestial?

  • only a few will stay aquatic. others will become completely terrestrial (except for breeding) and only stay in moist areas. if you need any more info just message me

  • can u find those in new york

  • There are about half a dozen species of salamander in New York, but the Sonoran isn't one of them (unfortunately).

  • u can find the terrestrial type in new york (the picture that floated across the screen)

  • VERY informative 5/5

  • i saw one with two heads it was big

  • hey i think i saw 1 in ohio does any1 hav any info

  • i love salamander

  • thats kool! Metamorphosis adaptation

  • does it bite or is it posioness

  • No none of of the salamanders bite or poisonous.

  • i think newts are though.

  • That's way too much work!

  • that is a stupid tadpoll

  • No it isn't, hear what he said, it's a branchiated adult, also known as a 'water dog.'

it's and dult salamander that hasn't changed for life on land.

  • axlotl's are found in mexico's lake

  • iwant to keep a salamander but idk where to get one..

  • salamanders r so easy to get all u have to do is go ouut flip some boards and u can find 1=]=]=]

  • Same here, tiger salamanders and axolotls especially.

  • thye are called axlotls and i love them i get one as a pet and can they go out of water

  • This in the video is actually is a tiger salamander, but your very close, tiger salamanders are almost identical to axolotls, just that most tiger salamanders metamorphose ( change for life on land), whilst most axolotls don't.

They are more alike than lions are to tigers, but different enough to be considered different species.

  • I worked at a Salamander lab, they used the Mexican type... also endangered...

  • I still have mine. Very cool pet.

  • VERY, VERY ,SLIMY!

  • It's so slimy and soapy looking salamander...

  • cool video. They remind me of predator

  • i had a northern spotted salmander for 2 1/2 years-cool video

  • cool video
