The Whopper Chopper guy is Danny Wells who played Charlie The Bartender on "The Jeffersons"; He was also Luigi opposite Capt. Lou Albano's Mario on the live action bits on The "Super Mario Brothers" cartoon show, Mr. Wells also appeared a singing K-mart commercial in the 70s.
