I know ... i have to get fit for my dress and i wont look good in it if i don't lose the weight ! What do i do !?!? I know i can only lose 2 pounds a week but i need to lose like 25 pounds for 2 weeks and even that would be GREAT ! how do i do that if i love to eat ... im a very picky earter ! @SuperBeiberfever101 get used to eating vegetables and fruit more often. Don't eat less but eat the same and healthier. And start doing a little bit of exercise and try to increase your exercising every week.

Ugggh im 14 and very over weight and i tried doing this and i cant ! I need to lose 75 pounds because i weigh 175 pounds and i wont be able to fit in my cabret dress in March ! I dont live in the USA so its not fast food ... its im diabetic and i looovee to eat whenever i can...I need to be 100 to fit in my dress and look good in it ! HELP !?

@SuperBeiberfever101 There's absolutely no way that you can lose 75lbs by March the healthy way. March is a month a way, which is four weeks. The maximum weight you should lose a week is 2lbs, so 8lbs a month.
