I'm not sure, but of course the label probably took the name from the Stones album. If you look up Beggars Banquet on wikipedia, the entry gives some history and lists several affiliated labels/labels that are a part of the "Beggars Group" - though I'm guessing those are fairly small and thus probably not distributing music from acts as big as the Stones.
