@AwEsOmEnEsS19992001 You can put music over songs in editing, programs like Windows Movie Maker (which is free) and Adobe Premiere or Sony Vegas (which are expensive) are the most commonly used ones. Virtual Dub is also really good, also free.

Fraps doesn't have time to decode the file, that's why it's so big.

Use Windows Movie Maker (preferably Windows Live Movie Maker) and it should decrease the file once you have exported it.

@ACSBehemothHellcat Fraps couldn't record desktops at the time, it only recorded DirectX and OpenGL games, and even now it won't record Windows XP desktop's, only Vista and Windows 7, dunno about Linux/Mac. Not like I had a choice.
