Not strong enough to pass in any court. And later, when Goldstone was better informed, he recanted, said Israel hadn't infact targetted civilians. And now we have reports, with figures, showing civilian to combatant ratios, so Israel is infact more careful even than NATO, an International force in this assymetric warfare.

Israel has been offered peace with recognition of their right of existence in exchange for recognition of Palestinian national rights and agreement to negotiations with Palestinian representatives. They have refused all of these offers. The Palestinians cannot be expected to recognize the national rights of a country who in return denies Palestinian national rights. Transjordan was incorporated into the British mandate of Palestine in 1921. The British excluded Transjordan from all the provisions in relation with the Jewish State. Jordan was founded on 77% of the entire territory under the British mandate.
However ,the Jewish National Home should have been founded on the 23% of the entire territory left that constituted former Palestine.
