Actually, it's exaggerated for humourous purposes, so it does not reflect reality.

For example, we can pronounce the "ou" in "would" (same as the "o" in "to"), as it is a sound that exists in French.

The hardest sounds for us are usually the english "h", "d" and "t", as well as the "th".
