problem is israeli archaeology has shown the torah contains historical inaccuracies, internal contradictions and scientific flaws. Furthermore many of the prophecies in the Tanakh have been shown to be fraudalent (i can provide countless examples). That said there is no reason for jews to stay jewish

the problem is that faith, which is different from religion, is something that i think is good for people. it creates a better society. and i think ideally, people should stay in the faiths they were brought up in or find faiths that they can have their greatest spiritual success with. i like to joke that "i dont believe in Adam and Eve, but i do believe in G-d". thats how faith works.
