  • Why the fuck would you wear your brown belt to a new dojo for an art you've never practiced? Fucking disrespectful.

  • The BJJ guy used to strength to get out of that (well strength slash momentum) not cool man!

  • @01Proust ive seen ur dumbass posting in other videos with the exact same comment that is complete hore shit and u know it stop judo dick riding fag

  • @rickyd454 Poor BJJ boy. Just continue training BJJ with your BJJ boyfriends on the ground. Or buy the book of Royce Gracie about self-defense. Which techniques does he use there? Which techniques demonstrates Helio Gracie for SELF-DEFENSE on youtube??? Judo nage waza!! A lot of Aikido like moves while STANDING!!! Only very few and VERY simple ne waza moves, no sport-BJJ. Please wake up, learn JUDO and then you will be able to defend yourself. Add a bit of boxing or karate to make Judo complete.

  • @01Proust ur joking right again another ignorant judo fan boy bitch ive already made my self compelete bjj is supreme on the ground that is a fact u can have your uchimatas and ur nage waza we use the guard half side control not everything comes from standing in fighting u ignorant twat there is a whole nother level to bjj that u refuse to recognize because there are so many more fighter who use judo as a grappling art then bjj right nope rong i can soley defent my self with bjj if i wanted to

  • @01Proust Continued : if ud take me to the ground fine watever il finish it once its there the ground work is absolutley superior and pair that with the five years of various ifferent strking diciplines ive trained and il be just fine in a street fight thank u very muchh bjj is a finishing art

  • Judo sucks! BJJ is supreme!

  • @primate4 wrong

  • No brown belt would ever be rolled over like that, no green belt in Judo would ever be rolled like that. This looked more like a training exercise, he let the guy roll him and then sat there and waited for the guy to put the arm lock on

  • @liljeffy28 What the f... are u talking about?Blue belt in bjj comes right after the white belt, brown belt is right before the black belt in judo and takes 5 belt tests and about 8-10 years to get.

This "brown belt judoka" is obviously fake, even a white belt judoka does better kesa gatame than this tool in gay pants

  • I agree I would not wear my Judo Obi to Jit a class 1. you look like a tool 2. this could happen to you 3. you are a white belt any way even as a visitor.

  • @liljeffy28 Same amount of time to get?... umm a bjj blue belt average is about a year to get.. a brown belt in judo from a GOOD school could take 5+ years

  • this judo guy sucks, you should sparr with real judo brown belt... this guy is a tool... wearing this pants man...

lm a judo BB and BJJ purple belt, when l go to BJJ l NEVER would use my judo belt and the other way around neither.

    Thanks for sharing

    Oss

  • @liljeffy28

1 year to Blue belt BJJ, about 3 or more to Judo Brown ?

  • muito bom!

  • @liljeffy28 Ever done Judo?

  • I must have lost the plot, it's either judo or bjj, can a hold down in bjj win a fight?

Who wins has little do with the colour of the belt and more about the physical ability of the person!!!!! My mate scored 4 goals for my local pub team, for some reason Man Utd won't sign him up!!!!!!!!!! You get the idea..........................

  • @liljeffy28 I'd say a high Purple belt and a new Brown belt, BJJ is about 80% Ground work 20% Stand up, Judo is the polar opposite, in a BJJ match a BJJ fighter would win, in a Judo match a Judoka would win, it all depends on the style of the match.

  • @tywainwright1 Correction: It all depends on the fighter of the style.

  • @TenteixSaigo But for the most part........

  • @tywainwright1 For the most part it depends on the fighter. Judo Gene would dominate in BJJ competitions if he competed.

  • @tywainwright1 a good judo school, unless their sole focus is sport competition, will usually spend an even amount of time on both. should be about 50-50 between throws and ground work. but yeah, either way BJJ spends a lot more time on the ground.

  • @ LaVidaJudoka, that's impressive but on average ppl go once or twice a week for 1.5 hour sessions coming up to about 10 years

  • If I was a "Judo visitor" to a BJJ club I would not:

1: Wear my Judogi with my black belt. I would wear a white belt.

    2. Wear my Judogi with my black belt while wearing spandex.

  • @LaVidaJudoka Me neither.

  • @LaVidaJudoka I just wouldn't wear spandex. lol

  • @LaVidaJudoka exactly, who wears spandex with a gi????

  • is liljeffy fucking stupid or what? A brown belt in judo takes like 5 years minimum and that's if your really good usually takes like 8, a blue belt in bjj you can get in like 3 years so wtf r u talking about they take the same time? Learn your fucking facts

  • @HouseIdiots I earned my shodan in Judo in four years. It's never about years. It's about hours on the mat. I know people who have earned a blue belt in BJJ in six months. Again, it's all about the hours not years.

  • im a blue belt in bjj and wrestled, i had a brown belt in judo come to my gym we was the same size and i destroyed him, im talking like 7submissions in maybe 2 minutes... but judo guys are more about take downs

  • @jalvarado9111 Dont think so

  • @jalvarado9111 OMG!!!!!!!!!! I'm the same height, weight and age as Mike Tyson, but then i am a brown belt in BJJ so he stands no chance!??!!!!

  • To escape scarf-hold, you need to bring your hips closer when you're bucking.. otherwise you use alot of energy. This is ok against people your own weight, but against heavier guys, it's almost impossible to sweep like that unless your hips are right in to them

  • Ha! the exact same thing happened to me, the brown got toasted.

  • Kesa Gatame around the neck sucks. Even so judokas love this osea komi. You would think with their back taken or being rolled all the time, they would learn.

  • Yeah I've found that you need to work the pin for submissions, and that leaves the pin vulnerable, most of the time. I've been trying to work in submissions for my pin game in Judo.

  • @nunchukus Right on, very disrespectful to wear a rank in an art you were not awarded. The sports are very similar but experienced grappler's would see the distinctions. I am a experienced Judo blackbelt and I do alot of BJJ confidently, however I wear a white belt in BJJ, and I will until my instructor feels I am ready to wear a different rank.

  • The judo brown belt is the one wearing the BROWN belt and the bjj blue belt is the one wearing the BLUE belt.....

  • @smithysquest NO SHIT!!!

  • which is which?

  • the bjj blue belt was the 1 the was geting pined. the 1 how flip over the brown and but him in the arm bar and made him tap was the bjj blue belt.

  • I'm a judo player that practices jiu jitsu. The judo player wearing his godamn brown belt that he got in judo at a jiu jitsu class is just disrespectful and stupid. Talk about writing a bulls eye on your back! And he just sits there pinning. When in Rome, do as a motherfuckin Roman and roll! Godamn!

  • Iam former judo player that turned bjj player and i have to agree put a white belt on and play bjj all he did was pin its not gonna work in bjj also notice he started to roll into turtle .

Thats the thing with judo when you play bjj you do the bad judo habits and it gets you subbed .

  • @nickynoneck all my respect for people in BJJ with other grappling styles. judo is a better sport though, bjj has fewer rules and is more effectiveness oriented but can be more boring, to watch, at least :D
