I actually like this. I am used to throwing the person by using their arm over my shoulder, leaving their arm in my grasp as they lay on their back and doing a stepover into an armber. very clever using your own knee as a type of leverage like that, and also pointing out not to let the opponent lock the hands as you go into the toss. Very good video. Might try to show various camera angles in the future.
