If you have ever in a puddle of oiley water one can see rainbow like colors on the water. There is no good reason for municipalities to put flouride in the water. Dental technology has long since advanced to where any benifits it may have had is a mute point.

Thanks! I think I just might go and do exactly that. Those government initiatives are there to help me, after all. I don't want to get the flu, so its best to immunize against it to prevent that. I'm also not a big fan of going to the dentist either, but luckily there is a system in place that helps keep my teeth strong and useful, just by drinking water like I always do! Good thing too, because otherwise I might look like an ignorant paranoid Southern Meth Head!

Rawr is the color of water, silly. The color spectrum is different forms of refracted light, usually off of a prism or, in this case, water droplets acting as prisms. You all suck.

I wouldn't really use the term 'forms of refracted light'. It's more correct to say different wavelengths of light that refract by different amounts upon entering a different medium. And the water droplets aren't acting as prisms, they are acting as water droplets. Light doesn't have to enter a prism to refract.
