  • i'm a goliath scorpion

and fuck i never won against the ghost bears

  • the kodiak flies. WHERE IS YOUR GOD!?

  • @Dumpstermuffin1 it all depends on what your definition of 'powerful' is. Clan Ghost Bear could have had the superiority on the field of battle with its 'mechs, but Clan Snow Raven ruled the skies with their domination over Clan warships.

  • i like how an assault mech nearly twice the size of a heavy mech can have jump jets and some medium mechs cant.

  • Holy Shit. My dad works at an insurance company with Barret Latham, who was a voice actor for this game. 0_0

  • DFA!!!!!

  • Never liked the warden clans im a Wolf crusader all the way, but Ghost Bear is probably the most powerful of the warden. I would of liked the crusader clans (Jade falcon, Wolf) to have gone all the way to Terra to Pwn the shit out of Word of Blake

  • This is what you get for having jungle camo in an arctic environment. Eat it, Smoke Jaguar!

  • Loved and still love this game for the spirit and scenario and technical capabilities. In best game collection forever!

  • A Smoke Jaguar died. The world is a better place...

  • I would have owned that Kodiak with a vulture even with a damaged arm.

  • @halranger

    not at that range!

  • I wonder why did we never get an introduction to Clan Ghost Bear, like how we had the movies introducing Clans Wolf and Jade Falcon in 31st Century Combat.

  • @blackyoshi1230 I suppose for a different (yet vastly similar game), different opening cinematics was asked for. Personally, I still like this introduction to Clan Ghost Bear, even if it is not as involved as Jade Falcon or Wolf.

  • First mw2, this, and mercs, were the best mechwarrior games.

  • this scene scared the shit outta me when i was little, i was like only 6 or 7

  • In MW4 the Kodiak is often used as a missile boat. It got jets, wich means it can jump out of hill cover briefly to unload its salvo. Also its got a ECM, making it quite steathy to radar. And when i am talking missiles i mean triple Cluster Arrow IV, thats artellery missiles. Its formidable, and earned the nickname: "the plague". It has a terrible punch and AMS won't help you against missiles of that size. It had an armor bug exchanging front and rear armor, wich sucked. But that got fixed.

  • That would have never happened against a Timber Wolf.

  • @cbielite You're forgetting that the Kodiak is a 100 ton Assault 'Mech, where the Timber Wolf is only a 75 ton Heavy, which has less weapons and even less armour than the Kodiak does. So the Kodiak would have won hands down.

  • @Sakakrio But your forgetting that the timber was way more maneuverable. The timber wolf was the perfect mix of power and movement (in my opinion). The Kodiak was a hulking beast, only decent for the long range. Hell, the nova could dance around the thing.

  • @TheLackofattack True, except in an environment like snow, you have to remove all factors like maneuverability, since a 'Mech doesn't function proerly in frozen terrain as opposed to say urban or even desert fighting. It messes up their sensors, freezes leg joints, not to mention that visibility is severely hampered even in the best of cases. Odds are a Kodiak would win against a Timber Wolf, if only because of its extra armour.

  • @Gallowell Haven't we debated mech-strategy already? The visibility is gone. The Kodiak couldn't possibly dream of any sort of decent effect on target. Another thing, Have you ever used the LRMs on the Timber Wolf or even the Mad Dog at point blank? They are vicious, regardless of opponent's armor. I've destroyed plenty of mechs with a straight point blank volley of LRMs. Also, the Nova would outmaneuver the Kodiak in any situation. The Jump jets would just go leaps and bounds around it.

  • @TheLackofattack Probably. Yes, I've used LRMS at point blank, but they tend to shred your own 'mech as well as the enemy and I'm much more of a fan of using enery based weapons. Ballistic costs too much in money and in combat, when you miss a hit. Regarding it all, I tend to follow the approach used by the book series and not rely solely on the games

  • @Gallowell That is probably true, its been days since I played the game myself. And all I know is the games.

  • is that a smoke jaguar mad dog?

    if so

BYE BYE SMOKE JAGUAR NOONE LOVES YOU ;D

  • @JheakrynaKyAlur From the terms "Jag Base" and "Jag-12" I would think so. :D

  • @KSCIAA

i tried to have a look at the unit symbol there :D

but it looks like smoeke jaguar

    go ghostbears! ^^

  • I never owned this game, But both Mw2 CGB and MW2 Mercs were both my favorites.

  • MechWarrior 2 was my favorite or all the mech warriors for control and customization. Does anyone know how to get it to work on current pc's. Also would it be feasible to have a old game like this re-introduced as a MMO version that would be epic.

  • I fucking loved the Kodiak.

  • @TheManOfVeal A good 'Mech, but too slow and cumbersome to be anything more than a fire support 'Mech. One aerospace fighter in the right place is all it takes to scrap a machine like that.

That's why I prefer only the fast, light weight 'Mechs. The Raven and Kit Fox being personal favourites.

  • We need the sound of the Ghost Bear's Legacy logo appearing. (The ice forming sound)

  • @best360gamer

kodiak, one of the new 100 tonne mechs in the game

  • mechassault was fun, but it did not follow the canon for battletech, such as the uller and kit fox being two mechs, when really they are the same mech, just different name etc.

  • @MeinLegos agreed

  • MAD dog,,,, ToT

  • Correct me if I'm wrong, but don't the Clanners consider it dishonorable to do death-from-above like the Kodiak did? :/

  • @Kakashi3854

The Ghost Bear Legion was much, much different from the other clans. But, I think only Jade Falcon, Cloud Cobra, Smoke Jaguar, and Diamond Shark worried about honorable tactics in battle.

  • @BruisedBananna2 Actually the Jade Falcons and Smoke Jaquar clans were known to act with dishonor. I can't say anything about Cloud Cobra or Diamond Shark.

Personally, I've always been a Wolf. One of the last of the wardens.

  • @Cantemes Yeah the Jags nuked a colony from orbit which caused the other Clans to allow the IS to destroy them while the Falcons murdered ex-Il Khan Kerensky during the Refusal War in the middle of a Trial. Something that even Vlad Ward (who hated Ulric Kerensky) was enraged by

The Cobras tend to be politically sneaky and the Diamond Sharks are very skilled economically but both generally fight according to Clan law

And of course all the Clans have basically given up fighting the IS honorably.

  • @Significantpower Largely, though there's still the Wolves-in-exile. Least if I recall correctly. There's still some honor in the clans, but the Khans and ilKhans have really fallen, granted a certain Smoke Jaguar pilot who cheated in a Trial of Bloodright comes to mind...

  • @Cantemes Well the Clans usually fight according to their honor codes among themselves (though they consider the Nova Cats traitors and go out all against them) but they were basically forced to adopt more pragmatic methods against the Inner Sphere. I can't really blame them, if you enemy does not abide by your rules than why should they protected by them?

  • @Kakashi3854

Clanners dislike close range combat in general, because it's a waste of resources and they're rather stingy about that. The Kodiak was never intended to follow that doctorine. It was created to be the last thing you ever want to run in to. If you run in to Kodiaks you've likely pushed too far in to Ghost Bear territory and pissed them all the hell off, since they're defensive units.

  • @Kakashi3854

I don't know about that but there were times that clanners made exceptions to Zellbrigen when fighting Clans that they already saw as dishnorable. Relations between the Ghost Bears and the Smoke Jaguars were not very good. Though the Bears hated the Hell's Horses even more. In this game you basically fight as a Ghost Bear and at one point it SEEMS like the Jaguars are the ones that stole your clan's genetic material - probably the MOST dishonorable act in the eyes of the clans.

  • *chants* DFA DFA DFA DFA DFA

DEAT FROM ABOVE.. so many times that whent wrong on the table top and i got butchered..

  • when I first played MW2: GBL several years I ago, i remember trying re-enact this cinematic in-game. all I ever got for trying to crush a Mad Dog with a Kodiac was leg damage lol

  • @icexiangwu

Hah! I knew someone else tried it!

Pulling off a DFA was notoriously difficult in any of the MW2 games because of the finnicky jump jet vector controls (still better than in MW4, where the jump jets can't vector at all!). And also because the enemy mech usually dodged out of the way partially, so unless you could land straight on its head, you'd end up getting leg damage and maybe the enemy mech would get like some arm damage or something. That happened to me lots of times LOL.

  • @susumu07 Hence why the only time I ever used jump jets were for piloting scouts 'mechs in those few recon missions.

  • @VazzaPrime

I actually used jump jets a lot in MW2, because they reacted very fast to controls and could vector and move sideways or in spiral arcs. I even installed them on assault mechs, and was able to complete most missions with very little damage - but they're only really good for dodging enemy fire, not for doing DFA maneuvers. But for MW4, they suck. Only time I ever use them on heavier chassis is to give them some sniper mobility or help them clear steep slopes. (I never played MW3).

  • @susumu07 I didn't find them practical; speed is my thing and I immediately remove the jump jets of those 'mechs and replace them with armour, BAPs, ECM or MASC and hit the road. Especially in the multiplayer of MW3 and 4, It was always fun to cause heavy damage to an Annihilator or Summoner and get out again using only the terrain 'and MASC as buffers, when people didn't realise until too late that the 'mech they're up against is not configured to anything like they expect.

  • @VazzaPrime

I used MASC in MW2, too bad it isn't included in MW4. MASC rocks.

In MW4 I take the jump jets out of most slow mechs and use the extra tonnage for more weapons, heatsinks, or armor. Because the MW4 jump jets don't vector, your jump momentum depends on the mech's top running speed. Still I think they can be useful at close ranges but really it depends on the mission and the mech. Of course if the MW4 jump jets didn't SUCK, I'd remove them a lot less.

  • @susumu07 Jump jets are functional to a degree, but for me, I prefer keeping both feet planeted firmly on the ground. It's much harder to control a 'mech using jump jets, beause if you time the landing wrong, then there's a good chance that you'll damage your hip actuactors and cause more damage to your own 'mech than the enemy.

  • @Gallowell

Yeah, that's especially true in MW4. You have literally NO control over the jets. Damn I wish Mektek releases their newest patch with the vectoring jets soon.

When I play campaign mode though, I do get rid of the jump jets for all my lancemates' mechs. They don't even use them, so what's the point? Better to use the tonnage for more weapons and armor. Most of the time for big battles I use a Mauler which can't have jump jets anyway.

  • I was in the very first GBL official clan when that game was out.

    GBL forever.... ^_^

  • Comment removed

  • 8 tomahawk on a stone rhino all shot at one on a cluster of ennemy at long range lock.

    1 shut down

30 secs of radio static from massive explosion (EMP)

Then once back online, no more ennemies on long ranged radar.

That was sweet when you actually had that lock from that far and actually blowed up 8 mech all in one sweep witought them even seing ya.

  • @deathlordmetalgod you sir are beast! I'm planning to get the ghost bear tattoo on my shoulder :)

  • @DemonicKHAN Go for something cooler, like the Clan Snow Raven insignia.

  • 0:58 Owned.

  • The video may look kinda lame now... but back when this was new it was amazing. I used to load up the game sometimes JUST to watch this intro.

  • anyone else tricked out a Firemoth for the sole purpose of making it go as fast as possible?

    Fun times! ^^

  • @BIGZAM0079 hell yeah!

  • I'm 14 and I'm glad to say, I still own this game on PS1 and to this day and still play it time to time!

  • How did those giant robots get in that moving picture.

  • kodiak would have to be seriously fucking scary

  • I mean I am not saying the Mechassault is THAT much better, but it is still a little bit better game than the Mechwarrior. That's all that BraeDoktor and I are sayin.

  • 'twas easy with MW2 jumpjets

  • death from above never happens on purpose. Not even Kerenski can do it (did i spell that right? i doubt it)

  • I've tried stomping other mechs with jump jets, but it never quite worked, haha.

  • @cookiehead2 it worked over the net, fighting other people. got killed a few times like that, foot to head dont go to good :)

  • @cookiehead2 Me too and never did work. But one time in a Stone Rhino I speared a mech on my right arm, had jump jets to get out of a bad situation: 3 on 1 panicked, rammed and speared him by accident. Blew up on my arm. Never could do it again.

  • Kodiak with Jump Jets, would have made an already deadly Mech even more worse (for its enemies...)

  • Im only 15 but I, just as my father, appreciate Mechwarrior and it's dominance over all the other crap games of its generation. Mechwarrior was exelent, elegant, incredible, and godlike. Mechwarrior set the stage for personal customization of your mechs, which would later evolve into full-on character customization in other games. P.S: Mechassault buttraped my childhood, it was aweful, i beat both games, they made zero sense, word of blake is pathetic, the only good thing was the mech Ragnarok..

  • @deathlordmetalgod It's hard finding kids your age that actually speak like this. Good job

  • @deathlordmetalgod You sir have spoken it the way it is... Mechwarrior pwns... Mechassault= gay... I too am fifteen.. I had to develope an interest in it myself..

  • @deathlordmetalgod I liked mechassault because microsoft actually decided to make them.... playing them actually helped to take me back to my childhood and dig out 4 again. :)

  • @deathlordmetalgod I completely agree dude. It's a shame they don't make more of these excellent games (by excellent games I mean mechwarrior for pc again, none of that bullshit for xbox). It's also a shame that all of the games have so much compatibility trouble with newer operating systems.

  • @deathlordmetalgod Lolz I played like 5 minutes of Mechassault and could tell right away it wasnt nearly as cool as any MW game.....the powerup thing was like seriously retarded for the MW universe and the way mechs all moved at like 120 mph and stuff....it was weird. As for Ragnarok...that thing just made it worse for me......powerup shield thing......right...leave the shields for BF2142 and starwars lolz

  • @CMDRFandragon BF2142 is awesome.

  • @deathlordmetalgod same here i beat both of them, and the "word of blake" seemed like more of a army rather then a clan same with "wolf dragoon's" i mean what kind of a name is wolf dragoon's and f.y.i. ragnarok is a REALLY CRAPPY MECH.

  • @micksquizzy To answer "the word of blake" are crazy fanatics and in some cases cultist not clan and the wolf dragoons were part of clan wolf and were sent to scout out the IS under the cover of mercs but ended up joining davion in the fight against the clans as they came to respect members of the IS like the Davions and Marick. the wolf dragoons are not solely form mechassault they where featured in mechwarrior 2 as one of 3 storylines for clan wolf go replay the original you'll see what i mean

  • @deathlordmetalgod Word of Blake is an actual faction, and Ragnarok isnt canon.

  • @deathlordmetalgod anything in the mechassault games was a mockery to mechwarrior/battletech, including all of the 'mechs. i won't even go into how much the ragnaroks shit me

  • The Kodiak was the shit!!!! lol I loved that mech I liked it better than the Atlas or Daishi

  • @BraeDoktor you really think mechassault is better you must be a kid for something that game fucking sucks mechwarrior way better and funner you have no good taste in games

  • @XxthebestnewbxX yeah i play it now, you really have right! this rocks!!!!!

  • Mechassault is an abomination and a mockery of both battletech and mechwarrior

  • @BraeDoktor

Then you obviously have never played any of the MechWarrior games if you say that.

  • @gribae yes sorru i have never played it,cuz i dont know where to get it,im sorry about that

  • mechwarriors is actually something that u wish isnt real like in real life. cause if it is and 1 gets destroyed the explosion would be big. and the weapons and technology are too high. example the missles contains alot of chemicals in any sort or something like that. ok

their technology and weaponry are huge.

  • This game was more tits than pamela anderson.

  • lol when people say mw2 i think of mechwarrior and not modern warfare ...

    FTW

    mechwarrior ownZ modern warfare

  • @ravenshines

    Seyla!

  • @ravenshines

People who grew up playing MechWarrior can understand how much of a classic it is - kids these days, growing up playing shit like resident evil, modern warfare and other bullshit just have no eye for the classics so they cannot possibly understand.

  • Although MW was very fun to play as a kid, saying all modern games are sh*t is bullocks and just plain wrong. Yes there are people who dont understand the fun of some older games but saying all 21st century games suck is just retarded. you need to get out of the 20th century.

  • It seems games have shifted from the oldschool brand of mechwarrior, under a killing moon, wing commander, etc - to games that sacrifice rich and innovative plotline for innovative and rich gameplay dynamics and graphics, which is a shame since both would be nice.

  • @Ace33blue Not all 21st century games suck, but the only real improvements since the 20th century are in graphics and hardware. In general though, the complexity of gameplay in popular (i.e., mostly mainstream and dumbed-down) games has gone down a lot since then.

  • Go back to Xbox Live you 13 year old faggot.

  • Then why are you bothering to search for and watch videos about MechWarrior/BattleTech?

  • You have to realize that these people played these old fashion games when they first came out.

When your older, and your kids see you playing Modern Warfare 2, their going to tell you, "Dad, Modern Warfare 2 sucks, and it's old, Mad Water 3 is where the real action is."

  • @MONKxWILLOW go back to school and learn how to spell fucking drug addict dropout.

  • i think they should have sent another mech to help oh well but still mad dog/vulture got owned

  • In snow, large, heavyily armoured units ('mech for example) move slower than normal terrain. Even if someone was nearby to help, they wouldn't have done very much except die along with Jag 12 considering Mad Dog has 25 tons less armour than the Kodiak and far less weapons.

  • If you are asking what the game is, then you obviously cannot read. If you do not like the game, then go look up harry potter or some other childish slag that caters for your age group.

  • @555pickles Stick a hamster up my ass? really? I heard that can cure cancer. Thanks pickles! :)

  • hmm... Mechwarrior 2 games were the last ones that made sense to me. I mean why did Light Horse attack the smoke Jags later? Were the jags the only one's to survive?

  • The Light Horse weren't the only one's to attack - the entire Inner Sphere attacked and annihilated the Clan Smoke Jaguar. All of the Jaguar war-infrastructure perished save for non-combatants (sibkos still in training and surrendered/bondsman warriors et cetera)

  • Ok, I understand that, but they weren't the last surviving clan right? I mean the inner sphere's war against the clans didn't end with the Jags did it?

  • No, the Jaguars were the only CLan to be singled out by the IS (SLDF forces) for annihilation, after that was done, they wnt to Strana Mechty and challenged (and won) them in a Trial to stop the CLan threat once and for all.

  • I can't make it out, does the Mad Dog pilot scream 'FREEBIRTH' when he dies?

  • Yes, except it is cut off mid-word.

Rarely does anyone actually get the chance to fully say what they want right before death. It is more realistic to be cut off mid-sentence that portrays just how suddenly death can befall you.

  • CANNOT GET LOK!!! lol

i still have this game. i remember i was on the 1st mission and i had a big slow mech Iforgot the name). my leg got injured and i was moving real slow (like 10 km/hr lol). it took me about a hour ot beat the mission, then my dad told me to turn the computer off and didn give me a chance to save :(. so i never played it again lolol.

in later mechwarrior games all i wanted to do was jump jet onto other mechs, because of this inro movie lolol

  • You are limited by the missions as to what tonnage of 'Mech you can take on each assignment, so the 'Mech you used could not have been more than 45 tons

  • lol

  • I really...

    really...

    REALLY...

    REALLY WISH I HAD GBL.

Wolf and Ghost Bear are my faves.

  • Hells yeah. Bears showing you cats how death from above works.

    How embarrasing

  • Highlander burial woo woo!

  • great opening

  • its fun to see my two favorite mech crushin ech-other!ha ha ...my favorite mechwarrior intro of all!

  • I personally never liked the Kodiak much. Besides it being a 100 ton walking beer can packed with armour and weapons, it was a walking beer can waiting to be bombed.

  • why does he call the ambushed mech a mad dog? it looks outrageously like a vulture to me.

  • Because that's the Clan name. The IS named it the Vulture, and and the Combine even named it Hagekata, Japanese for Vulture.

  • ah ok. i love battletech, but the only game i own is MechCommander 2, and i wish i had MechWarrior 4. but in MC2 it's called Vulture. thanks

  • In that case, of all the MechWarrior games, I recommend you get a copy of MechWarrior 2: Mercenaries. It's by far the better of the Titanium trilogy games (MechWarrior: 31st Century Combat, Ghost Bear's Legacy, Mercenaries) and don't bother with the original MechCommander. Despite it being relatively easy, it's by far inferior to MechCommander 2.

  • ah ok. i figured that the second was better. and personally i'd rather just skip straight to the MW4 games. actually they're supposedly supposed to be available for free download from the battletech site in august

  • There is a site available right now in which you can download pretty much all of the MechWarrior and MechCommander series of games. I'll send you a private mail with the link in a bit

  • can u send me one too????

  • can u send me the link to????

  • Mad Dog is the claner's name for what the IS guys call a vulture.

  • Mechs shouldn't look like giant teddy-bears...

  • Don't look at me, I didn't design or name the 'Mechs.

  • the Kodiak should, thats y its called a Kodiak, its sposed to look something like a big bear hahaha, it is one bad ass mech to

  • Hell yeah, although I like replacing the Ultra AC/20 with a Gauss Rifle, adds more punch in the long run

  • why?

dude Ultra AutoCannon 20 is very powerful.

it can kill in just a few shots man.

that's atleast i think more than enough punch for any task.

    :)

  • True, but very limited on ammunition, and the 8 ER medium lasers can pretty much kill anything within the medium range of Mechs, I like adding the Gauss to chew some armor before engaging up close :)

  • true, the ammo is limited, that's why u gotta make every shot count, use it to take off the arms then legs and when legs die, mech dies, easy right????

    :)

  • Yep true :) But I like fighting prolonged battles, after all, Assault Mechs are there for that reason in my opinion. That's what Battletech is awsome, tabletop anyway, tactics really mean something

  • BattleTech?

    dude we're discussing MechWarrior here.

    not battletech.

  • Same thing... seriously

  • Then do not play it.

  • what?

  • no dude

  • Uhhh yeah they are... I have all of the technical readouts, the rule books... pretty much everything from the pencil paper form.

  • as do i

  • BattleTech and MechWarrior are the same thing.

  • really?

    how so?

  • I meant no offense, so my apologies if I seemed rude, I simply meant that no matter what I equipped in "3" it was never as many

  • nah it's k dude.

    :)

  • Hm... Let's see... How they are both set in the same universe, contain the same 'Mechs, the same characters, the same storylines, the same conflicts, the same factions (Great Houses and Clans)... - the SAME

  • ok fine then w/e

    it's the same.

  • no

BattleTech is the name of the whole universe.

Including the Books, the Tabletopgame, the Games.

Mechwarrior just takes part in the Battletech universe, and is just one 'gamestyle' of many.

  • Do you really want to take on someone who has been a fan of the BattleTech/MechWarrior franchise for over 20 years?

  • As long as he is telling something that's not true - sure.

I've learned mathmatics for 23 years now, and when i tell you that 1+1 = 3 i'm as wrong as you with your false statement ;)

  • Then it shows you know nothing about the series also, otherwise you would not try and convince me otherwise.

  • ya you're right

you're the god of battletech, and i know nothing.

i hope you are happy now, since the only thing left to do is laugh at you due to your stupidity ;)

    thx

  • I never said god, and I am not going into an arguement, however if you wish to test me, try it.

  • no thx, i already know you failed ;)

  • Fuck oath I am, mate. And don't forget it.

  • @gribae Technicaly no. Mechwarrior is the line of PC games where Battletech is the Tabletop Wargame

  • Mechwarrior is the Pen & Paper roleplaying game set in the Battletech universe that the PC games are named after.

  • @Specter86 In terms of gameplay, perhaps, but otherwise, they are the same thing when you read the books

  • @Specter86 Actually, "MechWarrior" was the name of the roleplaying game that grew out of BattleTech, and which used BT as the combat engine. The computer game is an adaptation of MW. They all exist within the BattleTech universe.

  • @RCAvhstape Well, yeah, Thats why I said technicaly =P XD

  • @gribae False. Battletech is the original board game where MechWarrior is a role playing game. Same universe, intergrated, but not the same.

  • UAC20 limited on ammunition...?

MW2 and MW3 I usually add plenty of UAC ammo (at least 30 rounds) and it's more than enough to take on several assault 'mechs (of course accompanied by lasers and such)

  • At least 30 rounds, added with lasers in MechWarrior 3?

I'm not sure what cheats you have running, but NONE of the 'mechs in that game can carry so much ammo in addition to normal weapons.

  • No cheats.

A Timberwolf with 30 UAC20 rounds, LRM15, and four lasers. In MW3 it holds up better because of the more controlled firing rate of the UAC, and I think the lasers just seem more powerful/effective than in MW2.

To back it up, in MW2 I have 50 rounds of ammo.

I also do not use Endo steel as often when I need the space, for the added weight is not very much.

I prefer some other weaponry, though. I've been straying from UAC20s in MW2 and going to 10s, just because of usefulness.

  • Also, all my 'mech configs in MW2 and 3 have as many Jump Jets as I can cram into them. For the Timberwolf/Madcat, it's all 4, and in the legs.

We tend to DFA a lot, but other times we're just impatient to get to the fight.

  • But less ammo than UAC/20, which makes it significantly pointless in the long-run to me. I tend to stick with outfitting 'Mechs with energy weapons only.

When your master the heat, you master the battlefield.

  • yes but the kodiak was based off of the kodiak bear so tehy made it look like that

  • If you knew what clan built the Kodiak, you'd know why it looks like a "teddy bear"
