What I am stating is under the 16th amendment forcing a government program to TAX for labor a verb other wise known as health CARE. Today I learned about The correct way to read our Constitutional tax by looking at taxes in 2 ways either is direct or indirect. A direct tax is one of a noun basis and indirect is usually a verb based tax. A capitation tax has to be aportinate that all pay with equal percent to there revenue despite of situation or income classification.This violates Obama's plan to redistribute wealth. Another problem is Obama cares funding is no appropirate for direct tax status nor indirect on principal.
