@SirDavis100 that's a very good question. I think the music industry has seduced people with vanity. People used to have a sense of pride in their suffering. Now they've been conditioned to be ashamed of it. And it's why music is getting softer and more ridiculous. Stereotyped country white folks and the gangster hiphop, which I think the word culture is too nice a word. At least here in the states.

MJH was a legend,so sad hearing him at this late stage in his life,especially the wheezing at the beginning of the track but its a testiment to his vigour to do what he loved..play those old country blues!Great stuff,he and Elizabeth Cotton were true masters of the original country blues.
