  • Thanks everyone, I love deadlifting, havent hit that record again since but I still love to pull some weight when I am feeling froggy.. And NO, I have never hurt my back. I strained my upper lat once due to having trained every other bodypart hard and setting PR's 2 days in a row, and going for #3 on Deadlift and leg day. Other than that I have trained many how to deadlift and they continue to surpass many.
