Revving too high I think - unless vibration damper has been replaced. The stock ones shear off at 7400 rpm and the crankshaft explodes.

yes here the car is not tuned well cams timing is not write, You can watch other videos of that car and see the diferense i think there has another videos on 1,4 bar of boost but with write tune of cams and sound and acceleration is much better than here.

I never drive with 4,44diff maybe if i had e30 :) my cars are E36 and now i drive my E36 318is turbo with custom made lsd with 3,76 ratio it is perfect for drag and street. Soon I'll finish work on my E36 325 coupe turbo he has 3,15 ratio lsd and will be nice for everiday drive car,i will poste videos when it is ready!

its stupid mantain a 4,44 diff on a turbo 318is... change it to a M3 LSD or 325tds LSD (longest ratio) 318is can hold it, its lightest than m3...

Top commet, 3 years ago - M3 drivers would be surprised, sure, but probably not jealous :) an M3 engine is build for its power, a turboed or supercharged 318 is not. By the time you have destroyed one or two 318s you might have bought an M3 already and maybe saved some money too.

@pater429 Simple answer - you can put a turbo/supercharger in any car you pick, you just can`t cry if it breaks down sooner or later. Aluminium engines are very likely to break down. This is the new age material, cause it`s lightweight and doesn`t cost much. Older steel engines can take a lot more and are less likely to break if overloaded. So you have to look what your car has and depending on that choose your next step.

Everybody here at youtube believe their speedometer show correct accurate speed - but you can deduct 10% from what seen on your speedometers. Or you can use GPS which always will give you 100% accuracy according to the speed. But, the car did very well!

yes you are write but my engine is modifed with forget pistons and h beam rods powered by turbocharger :) now at 2,3 bar of boost is 437hp on flywheel and 546.28 NM on flywheel
