I think its worthy noting that Dinamic's game is called "West Bank" and it's not a port, it's a rip-off. Sega took notice and Dinamic had to buy a sum to them to make it an "Official" port of Bank Panic (even though the game is rather different).
The same happened with Topo Soft with their "Desperado" game, which was a clearly rip-off (Even more than westbank) of Capcom's Gunsmoke.
This was a fun game. I remember playing this on my keyboard often pushing the wrong button and thus shooting the wrong guy. There is also a version made by Dinamic for the MSX.

Sounds like saloon music from the old western movies.

The BGM is "Dixie." Not only does it not fit a game about the Old West (not the Old South), some would call the song racist.
The arcade version (not sure about the other versions) has a couple occurences of blackface.

Do you know what the music playing during the title screen or the annoucement of the "HERO!" is? I think the first one is "Marching Through Georgia."
