You can also take it out with a Stinger missile. It locks on to the Assault Drone ;)

i used a stinger to kill an assault drone and ended up getting a triple kill because there were enemies around it haha

another way to take it out very fast (and is also a weapon that for some reason is very overlooked by console players): akimbo fm9. i usually destroy assault drones without needing to reload at medium to long range lol.

Hey Jv, I've got something for this series: if you get the specialist all perk bonus, do you also get for example Dead silence (unlocked lvl 56) while you are still lvl 30 or something? I recently found out but maybe other people ask themselves this question
