Have you ever tried Kinovelax Diet Plan? I've heard many amazing things about it and my mate lost crazy amounts of weight with it, but she refuses to tell me :(

Tom's physique got me into fitness and bodybuilding and I've replaced all my copies of the Bible with BFFM - the true word of God. Bodybuilding is my religion.
I love Venuto & his program. One question though: I never understood how rice cookers make cooking rice "easier" than stove top methods? On the stove, you simply boil the water first before adding the rice. In the cooker, you put them both in together. But it cooks the same way, in the same amount of time, so....... ?????
@calisongbird I don't own a rice cooker..but i assume it's easier because you don't have to stir it or worry about over cooking if you're not watching it

@qqqqeqqqq white potatoes arent a v good source of carb. Not sure about purple but if theyre anything like white theyre prob not v good either. Stick with sweet potato.
@LukePettit That's not true. A small baked potato is a high source of carbs, fiber and nutrition. You shouldn't do them every day, and yams/sweet potatoes are better, but white potatoes aren't the enemy in moderation.

Do you drink milk at all? I am wondering if skim milk is ok because I drink about 16 oz per day with my protein powder and maybe about 1/4 cup with my coffee to color it when I drink coffee. And when I eat oats I use the skim milk as well. Or do you just use water to cook those oats?
