This is not to different from the US, the only difference is that in the US, gays are not arrested, but they are not allowed to marry, in most of the country gay couples do not have rights. Why? because of religion, in the US Christianity and Iran Islam, freedom has nothing to do with religion but in these two countries people are still confused with the two concepts. Peace!
