i m so impressed. I know they are all deaf, and that added extra work to them. I saw a whole vid about how they train... It was really touching. The music is relaxing and gives me a kind of feeling...I am not really sure how to describe it.. All in all, they did really really well. Cheers to them. And thanks for sharing too. =)
I am so happy to be able to view this video. It reminds me of a visit I received from Kwan Yin even before I knew who this deity was. It reminds me to be compassionate of other.
Beautiful. I see by the comments that there is no harmony in any religeon. Everyone has their ideas and is sure everyone else is wrong. That is why I do not participate in any oragnized religeon and consider myself merely "spiritual" and devote myself to positivity and self-sacrifice.
guan yin was the emperess of china who became a demon because of her great sins, she became included into budhism in china etc.devotion to her leads no where.
And there is not only ONE Guan Yin, there are about 20 of them, whose legends completely differ from each other's. That Guan Yin or Goddess of Mercy you were talking is usually visualised as a woman wearing a white robe and a shaw, holding a vase with a stem of bamboo, she's usually seen to be accompanied by her two deciples. A similar apparition of Guan Yin can also be found standing on a green drangon on the ocean.
It is generally accepted that Guanyin originated as the Sanskrit Avalokiteśvara (अवलोकितेश्वर), which is her male form. Another version suggests she originated from the Taoist Immortal "Ci Hang Zhen Ren" (慈航真人). Commonly known in the West as the Goddess of Mercy, Guanyin is also revered by Chinese Taoists as an Immortal.
FYI, I was born a Buddhist and I'm still a Buddhist, and as far as I know she doesn't pretend to be any Budha at all. She IS Budha. Go and visit some Chinese pagodas and you'll see a statue of a woman sitting on a lotus with many hands. either with many eyes on them or holding weapons. She's usually placed in the minor hall of the pagoda. And yes, I know about Buddhism as much as I think.

I liked it MUCH better BEFORE they added the "factoids" which interrupt and break up the continuity of the dance. PLEASE make them GO AWAY!!!!
