  • Pretty awesome. I am not giving up my bodybuilding-style weight training, so I'm going to need to figure some way to incorporate this exercise. I'm thinking at the end of a chest workout, or perhaps on an off day not too close to a chest or shoulder workout so that I'll be fresh. Suggestions anyone?

  • the weight of the kettlebell is hurting my wrists. I'm not new to working out but Im new to kettlebells. any tips? I'm 180 lbs. muscle and fat. 5'9. and am currently using a 40 lb kettlebell. help!
