I'm thinking at the end of a chest workout, or perhaps on an off day not too close to a chest or shoulder workout so that I'll be fresh. Suggestions anyone?
the weight of the kettlebell is hurting my wrists. I'm not new to working out but Im new to kettlebells. any tips? I'm 180 lbs. muscle and fat. 5'9. and am currently using a 40 lb kettlebell. help!

Poetry in motion! I love the beautiful lines of this exercise and the way the spiral so perfectly plays itself out in the final uncoiling to a standing position. Coach Sonnon is truly a movement artist in addition to an amazing physiologist!
Thanks, will try it. It seems very reasonable to help me get up when wearing all my police gear.
