Forgot to add, lifting heavy increases bone density and can prevent bone loss before your mid-forties. Coupled with cardio, it is a deadly combination for fitness.
Don't be afraid of the weights if you're able to lift them! Some people might have health problems and all they can do is one thing over another, but if nothing is holding you back but society's POV, then why not try? There are other benefits besides appearance that come from lifting weights.
@seventhroom Sure, she's strong and works out hard, but what is the point of working out if not for increasing your looks? I doubt she does any physical activity that requires her to have magnum-muscle except for her workouts, imho people should know when to stop building. Do some cardio instead, that's something that will always be useful, no matter what.
@porrsmurfen Not everybody can do cardio effectively. Some body types restrict muscle development or greatly limit gains normally produced from heavy weightlifting. I, myself, have asthma and I am greatly hampered by my breathing problems to do cardio. I prefer weightlifting because I'm a hard-gainer, have less fat to burn, need to get stronger because we have low bone density in my family, and have breathing problems.
Some cardio, yes, but too much and you're burning muscle too.
@bl0gmOnKeY78 Point being, she's probably better off with some other form of exercise if she wants to look better, and losing a few pounds of muscles definately wouldn't hurt in that purpose in my opinion.
@porrsmurfen In your opinion, yes. But she probably wouldn't listen to you lol. I just let people do what they want and hold off judging because who are we to dictate what someone else does? How do you know she does it for appearance? Just because the video says she's showing off her shape doesn't mean that's the only reason she lifts weights. Most people I know lift for health benefit reasons.
Like I always say, don't judge a book by its cover, and preferably don't judge at all.
@bl0gmOnKeY78 In my opinion, and in the opinion of most people I know. And like I said earlier , I don't see the point of her lifting weight unless she's under the illusion that she's increasing her looks. And doing heavy lifting like that only really benefits things like bone, joint and musclestrenght and only up to a certain point, doing alot of strength training/bulking will increase her metabolism and reduce the lifespan of her cells, organs and body.
@porrsmurfen she doesn't have to look pretty for anyone. if she wants to lift weights then she can lift till she grows old and dies. Its her life and doesn't have to revolve around looking pretty just for society's sake.
@assassin9783 I doubt anyone looks pretty for the sake of society - sex appeal is the decisive factor, but maybe sex doesn't interest her, I don't know.
@porrsmurfen I hear ya...... I seen a talk show where they had a special on guys who love bodybuilding chicks. Guys out here have crazy taste...fat chicks....boney chicks....chicks with dicks...LOL. I guess beauty is in the eye of the beholder. Corney but true...lol
@assassin9783 True, but then there is the more generic sense of beauty, which is obviously more widely accepted.
For instance, a person will not choose to become fat in the hopes of reaching out to just a specific target-group of rare individuals with a fetish for fat people.
If one is trying to gain sex appeal, then it is natural that he/she should advertise to the largest group of people, simply for a higher likelyness of finding a mate, which is the point of doing so in the first place. ;)
@porrsmurfen Im not saying she is trying to get in good with men who like buff women...Im just saying that she can work out however she wants and somebody will like her for who she is....which is what its suppose to be. Exercise isn't necessary for the purpose of attracting people. Looking good is just part of living a healthy lifestyle. Working out just to look good for attracting a mate is kinda lame considering that most people that do that stop once their in a relationship and get fat lol
hoott!!!

Why are people angry about the fact that she likes to exercise and be strong? Get your own life and do what you want to do.
