It is from Dark Horse Comics. Do some research first. And the movie is awesome! I mean where did he get all those Predator costumes? I mean that's incredible. If you can't appreciate all the little details and effects (ie. The rain, water, vapor) than you must not have a pulse.

It was a short film made a few years ago, no idea if it is on disc or ever will be.

CJ-076: it can't be "sold" on disc-- it would be blatant copyright infringement of not one, but three studios-- Fox, MGM, and Warner. However, it could be distributed as wide as any DVD as long as it was free-- then it falls under fair use-- but then you're only raising the cost of your film that you can't make any money off of. If anything, the best the filmmakers can hope for is being hired by productions for their work.
